Betta Foods

Betta foods need to be high in protein to support the needs of  the Betta fish nutritional diet.  In the wild, Bettas eat mostly brine shrimp and mosquito larvae.  Aquarium H2o has taken consideration when selecting top quality foods to include high protein, natural ingredients.  Betta foods come in flakes, pellets, freeze dried shrimp or live foods. Bettas tend to be very finicky fish and tend to prefer pellets.  When feeding your fish only leave the food in the tank for about five minutes, be sure to remove any uneaten foods.  Avoid feeding your Bettas tropical fish foods, as they will not have enough protein to support the required nutritional value for your fish.
